@oldfolk this document also states following a negotiated settlement 'or compromise' of the TAFTA arbitration. Whilst TAFTA is not finalised (hopefully will be soon) It seems we'll have the amount payable whether it's cash 'or compromise' which even if we only get the mine back would be a compromise of the award. Also clearly states that are entitled to their original contribution plus interest.
