This says that any "amount" received by kingsgate from the thai government, will be shared between kingsgate and zurich....no "amount" received, no "amount" shared with zurich. I doubt very much that any "amount" will ever be received by kingsgate from the GOT, but in the astronomically unlikely event that an amount is received...it will be shared. There is no mention here of "in kind" and no evidence of any future liability to kingsgate unless an "amount" is received at some future date. I can not understand how anybody with an ounce of critical thinking, see's a negative impact on future mining cash flows in this statement. Enough of this twirling nonsense people....read!
