Why did did the PRi claim go to court? They had increased the coverage from $30m to $200m and Zurich did not want to pay. What? An insurer trying to get out of paying?? Heavens. It wasn't about the claim, it was about how much.
Ross said specifically, the ASSET is the court case (TAFTA)
Zurich is a partner in the TAFTA claim as opposed to a cash payout and they take over the mine..which they couldn't under the FTA.
