    And what do you think 'Tafta claim proceeds' are exactly? Do you consider the re issuing of the mining license to be a proceed of the Tafta claim? How about the new SPLs? And a tax break? Do you think because these were negotiated as part of settlement instead of cash they have no cash value in the eyes of an insurance company? I would say it's about time the company actually provided some clarity around this matter but honestly, I would rather not see this go any lower.
