You are missing (purposefully or ignorantly) the fact that the TAFTA claim needs to be settled first. Zurich is a partner in this. They want their money and will be motivated to ensure that it happens in a way that they get their money. Their whole business is risk. Do you really really think they are going to stick their hands in cash flow/profits the moment it's generating to a degree that will jeopardize the operation before they can get ALL their money? (If that's your true belief that's what's going to happen)
