This project has been slowly but inexorably been going in this direction since the court action success against Zurich. The Thai government could not make KCN go out backwards, either by delay, or BS on the market. Now we have people who are building positions at the expense of those who already own shares. This too will pass as the good ore is mined and both plants operate with buybacks of some sort. It is excellent to be owning a goldminer instead of a litigation stock, and if you are in Australia it is good to own a goldminer as the aud goes through the floor at the same time that iron ore will suffer along with those Chinese steel mills. The petrodollar is no more which will mean that the demand for usd will fall and if you hold until 2025-6, the interest on the US debt will be greater than the defence budget.
