I suppose the advantage of a Bangkok Bank loan besides the lower interest rate is that it might prevent the Thai Govt from doing anything rash again once TAFTA expires in June and it might mean that they want to complete a Thai IPO before then also. Don't know if they save much by paying off the Nebari loan early as they'd still be liable for the royalty for the full six months of that loan and there's bound to be a penalty on the interest side.
