How did I miss that? I clearly stated that 'when the conditions are met', Zurich will want their money. I did not say it was due today, in fact that is why I said it's not listed as a 'current liability' and I even pointed to the completion of Tafta in whatever form that takes. I also did not say they would jeopardise our operation, I pointed to the repayment schedules that Ross has been going to meetings about with Zurich. I never said they would want part of the ML or the SPLs. I simply said if we don't get any cash, they will consider that fact that we received alternatives as having a monetary value and still want their cash when some here are suggesting to if we don't receive actual cash currency then we owe nothing which I believe is garbage.
