Rob and I have explained previously that he must do at least enough to assure the economics of Mallee Bull B4 actually mining it!!
The important example he refers to is Aurelia, as they almost went broke, by not fully determining and understanding the dynamics of their project.
I believe this is undoubtedly the best and safest fiscal approach.
Meantime Southern Nights Wagga Tank is adding much very rich cream to our pie!.
