One more thought to the above: the problem with the recovery could be linked to the throughput rate being pushed too high - i.e. not enough resonance time in the floats and knelsons. Usually, one goes for throughput to get the metal volume up and sacrafice a little bit of recovery but at 10% below the FS estimate, the recovery needs to be focussed on first IMO.
