This is what the market has been looking for after the sell-off on slow 2H18 sales. 5-years+ of sales in 1H at one facility, which is not even open!!!
Demand for hyperscale cloud is clearly very different today than it was 2,3,5 years ago. These are massive numbers in the context of the NXT evolution.
Whilst value is contracted, revenue / cash flows are not recognised until FY21 (first full year run rate). Does the public market have patience?
