I have been saying for some time there will be material contracts and one of the best videos that gives a glimpse into the future is Craig's speech at a Morgans event. See video below.
I believe there is a material contract in M2 coming up. Listen from 1.13 in the video. Next DC doesn't build 6 data halls (15MW) without a pending customer contract. Can't wait for that M2 deal to land as well.
