It's a positive announcement but there wasn't much doubt around demand in Sydney given strong prior performance and prior commitments, however Sydney alone can't carry the whole company given how much Capital is being invested all over the country.
I still think given how late S2 was, it did need to be bigger and to me this just proves that.
To get a strong ROC, NXT needs to be getting a good return from all committed capital. S2 was already pretty safe & de-risked.
In my opinion the market is mostly comfortable that Sydney is performing strongly, it needs to get that same assurance about Melbourne & Perth, that would provide a much more positive response.
