Imo management have handled the pfs badly, trying to walk before they crawl.
Considering the costs maybe they'd be better off building a scandium plant first and getting that bedded down before taking the leap to a billion dollar plant combining all 3 metals. The latter is a big ask for a very small under capitilised company imo.
Maybe the money required may be readily at hand who knows. If it's going to take a further 12 months for a bankable pfs then without some upside with Chinese water contracts I can't see the sp going anywhere.
Weekly chart now grossly oversold looking at slow stoch...so lets hope for upside from here.
