The prices quoted in the feasibility are average prices over 20 years.  The fact is with inflation and no other demand based growth in the price of the commodity you would still expect prices to go up over time.  Not necessarily the case but it is likely that forward consensus estimates used by the company factor in inflationary pressures.  I might be reading this wrong and correct me if that is the case but using todays prices to forecast forward over 20 years doesn't seem realistic to me.  That would mean you actually expect the price of the commodity to drop in real dollar terms by at least half and probably more if inflation is in the 2-3% range.
