I've never seen a feasibility study use such a high markup. If anything they should be using prices below what is realistic, not 60% higher.... If the project doesn't stack up with conservative estimates then it should not proceed at current prices (and it wont). That's not to say prices will stay low forever, but it's then up to the market to re-rate it accordingly, not have the company set the high bar and expect us to buy it. One day this will be a feasible project, right now it's not IMO.
