Guess the market thought this was a pretty hefty number to finance and hence worried about dilution. My read is that if we get news about mous then I would guess this would be to soften blow of a CR. Hence I would sell that news and buy back after the CR. If however no news comes out about mous that would suggest company has all funding sorted (via debt or offtakes) and I would be looking to buy on any weakness.
