This has happened 15 years ago...are you following what she did after that ? I may be totally wrong here but the Board would be wise enough to assess the current skill set she can bring rather than what happened 15 years ago. The sp hasn't moved in negative territory after the news, so may be not everyone is sharing same sentiments.
