These are the only defendants in the babcock & Brown Financial crises debacle I can find ...........The defendants in its action were former chairman Jim Babcock, former managing director and chief executive Phil Green (pictured), former deputy chair Elizabeth Ann Nosworthy, and former directors Geoffrey Martin, Dieter Rampl, Joe Roby, Martin Rey, James Fantaci, Michael Sharpe, and auditors Ernst & Young........Also if I may Add subholders like Alex Waitlitz Alan Gray ( who hold 40.8 mill and 86.7 mill shares respectively). speak to the CEOs before they start their initial holding and at least or ( possibly both ) one of the fore mentioned will offer advice if it’s asked for, and if they see a problem looming will be more straight forward ...They would acutely aware of a new Director thier current roles and thier background , keeping in mind these 2 have around $94 mill invested @ the current price .....
