    When there's proposals like this, can you buy on market today after this first announcement, and still be included in the sale? Because at effectively a $3 purchase, and SLC going up in price above the listed conversion rate, this is a no-brainer 8.7% gain at current market price ($2.76, not reflect in the HC delayed price), if it goes through.
