G'day Thunder.

I came across this downgrade accidently.

I sold out of MNF in Oct'18 at $4.13 and took a $7k loss. It followed an earnings call where Sugo and his CFO disclosed a $4m write off in the wholeslae division that they knew was coming at the previous earnings guidance but did not disclose. Very few investors picked this up at the time but I was totally pissed off.

This company keeps repeating the same process of not telling investors everything.

I hope your other investments can make up for this hit. Tough bloody market at the moment.
