Noble owns 16% of the stock and has supplied the loan and off-take agreement for everything SL1 can produce. They obviously know there is a lot more resource and want to play for the years ahead.
No doubt they will also be instrumental in any other assets Symbol pulls together. This is very helpful for Symbol and shows the quality of the board for a small cap.
Symbol seems to be concentrating on high grade, open pit, low capex minerals. This is a great way to start any project as its easier to hit the ground running with much smaller risk profile. It will also allow them to bed down the process and see how things run. This is cheap to me. dyor
