Thinking about the option issue to CR participants and the options issued to Brokers it appears overly generous. On the other hand the Company is guaranteeing a source of funds up until June 2020 from the conversion of the options - $128000000 x $.045 = $5,760,000.00 (assuming they are all converted).

This round of funding should see them through until mining by 2019 and an income stream coming on line so therefore the SP should be well and truly over the option strike price-so why would they not be converted?

Anyway, just my thoughts and trying to see a positive.
