My only thought is, if the operations are successful will they need $5mill in 2 years. If the ops are unsuccessful the share price wont be at 4.5 cents. So is there really a point to them other than high cost of capital.

But over 200 million share and options are sure going to put a brake on the price.

I still hold and bought some yesterday, but its looking like a longer term play rather than getting massively re-rated over the next 6 months.
