Nothing to do with emotions, and nothing to do with the projects. Think I covered off the reasons - tax (I have large Cap gains to offset) and not happy with structure of cap raising. Actually even more annoyed now, I did not even notice the 28.5M BROKER options before. 6% fee AND broker options, ridiculous. Now I know that sounds emotional, but its not. Like I said I could have participated, but just not my style...and so the options eats into the potential upside (for me) as a diluted shareholder.

Listed Options rarely get exercised well before their expiry date, because they can be traded on market instead, so I wouldn't be relying on that source of funding until closer to the expiry date (at least not totally, some will exercise). Their ex price was also way too low given they were freebies. I would have had a different opinion if it had been much higher, say 10c.
