I’ve gone back over the various announcements and I’m not sure they will need a CR.
They have $120 mill in cash, $980 mill in debt funding plus about $60 mill from convertible notes - I believe most of this is already committed.
Interested to hear from those with a better grasp of the financials - Can BCI get the “salt first” portion of the project up without any additional CR?
