Ann: Synertec's Powerhouse Wins Santos' Procurement Tender, page-2

Wow, this is huge in more ways than one!

Firstly, to get 2 units sold is huge, but this confirmation that Santos want to kit these out on all their sites is massive..."It is intended that Powerhouse replace fossil-fuelled generators (including diesel/gas/hybridsystems) on brownfield and greenfield sites across Santos’ operations". Anyone know how many sites Santos have? I would've thought there'd be at least 10.

Secondly, the thing that impresses me is fact the JV including Total (a $250billion company) did a world wide search looking for better products and technologies and SOP's was the best. That’s insane to think. That global validation as the best tech around is only going to attract so many more big mining and oil companies to buy units too as so many companies are being forced to go green and stop using fossil fuels. Who is next?

This is going to be a great hold over the next 6-12 months.
