with the gains A2M has been making lately you'd think it would be a matter of time before synlait follows suit. SP is now lower than it was when the market crashed due to Covid last year....
undervalued
As for the milk price increases I believe it is the first of many future such announcements and despite the concerns around milk powder supply to China, the demand for infant formula that isn't contaminated as often is the case for China producers will see Synlait recover sooner rather than later.
