no-one knows when a deal will be announced or how good the deal will be. We are all guesstimating probabilities. And deciding how much to gamble on that
Im hoping to to sell some oppies post-announcement and share the profit with someone who'll put up the exercise price. I'll exercise some myself also. But also when it gets too close to D-day and no arbitrage opportunity I'll share the risk with someone else who is up for it.
