Whoever the seller is they are making it quite obvious, 1 and 2 million parcels at most levels, my uneducated guess is that someone is giving the tree a shake trying to panic a few into selling, it would not surprise me if the buyer and the seller are one and the same, it would be interesting to know the brokers that the sales are going through.
