    Well it looks like they've learned the important lesson's from the previous Tata deal regarding $$$

    "Upfront fee, on-going maintenance & support charges ( & more importantly) an on-going net revenue share associated with the use of the Syntonic licensed Technology in the Tata SDX."

    Which is maybe why its taken this long to get it finally signed .........................
