Banksy interpret it however you want. I just put up the facts, it’s up to each poster to decide how they wish to interpret it.
From my perspective I’m not concerned about the performance shares at all. I really think it’s being blown out of proportion. It was well known about, and it’s interesting that in an announcement with four
white label integrations only the performance shares are being discussed. Really shows me the negative viewpoint of some posters, and is not a reflection of the fundamentals of Syntonic, or a meaningful discussion about it’s capital structure.
In terms of addressable audience, the company tried to explain that metric:
“Every smartphone user comprising the addressable audience is a potential monetisable opportunity through a device royalty or revenue share, subject to the representative mobile carrier’s timeline to market and activate the Freeway service to its subscriber base.”
What this means is that the platform/sdk has been white labelled by the carrier. It is up to them what data they free rate etc...however we collect a royalty when they do. We can’t tell them what to do, only provide the solution to enable them to do it. If this isn’t a business model that people like, than Syntonic is clearly not the company for them. It is however the company for me and I’ve been accumulating a large amount of shares. The next top 20 will clearly demonstrate that.
