When SYT relisted there would have been a few 'people' who wanted in and wanted to buy a significant chunk for various portfolios etc.
These people need to keep the cost as low as possible for as long as possible until they have accumulated, then they will 'release it' (and possibly cash out at the top).
All this is normal in re listed spec stocks until the dust settles.
The hint this is happening is when there is a massive sell order but you can never buy them as they are always number 2 or 3 and as soon as the first ones get nibbled it disappears and re-appears one more pip above current sell. At the same time you can ambush them if you have the cash and you want to buy stock by placing the order 1 pip above for a volume that includes all the number below the pip.....
