As they said "At current price levels of 1.5c, we calculate that SYT offers significant upside potential for speculative investors as the group monetises its mobile technology services."

I would have expected that State One would have conservatively discounted any Dataflex revenue for the last 2 x quarters of 2018. That doesn't mean that SYT won't have any revenue as forecast by the company.
