Personally I don't buy into this "ambitious objective" crap.
To double the installed base over 12 months would take us to just under 51 Million installs, which is way short of the 25% Q on Q growth rate they stated recently and would give us just under 62 Million installs.
11 Million installs is quite a difference in anyone's book.
Given the country's we're meant to be expanding into in 2018, 62 Million total installs ( or just under 37 Million new installs) doesn't seem a very ambitious target at all.

The possible SYT Audience column, is those who really fall within the current target demographics (ie 16 - 34 year-olds).
It needs a lot more work for sure but it should give anyone looking at Syntonic an idea of what's trying to be achieved currently regarding Freeway OverPass and the new Traveler product.
