their reasoning of doing the Cap Raise before xmas at such an awful price (well now at a good price) being capital markets shut down is as flimsy as last year when "marketing budgets" dry up for xmas so we extended the trials.

The real reason for the pre-xmas rush at such a heavy discount with a relative large amount, is in preparation for an average quarterly coming up. i.e. revenue not increasing.

People here laughed at me when I predicted a cap raise soon (not as soon as they did mind you). Kind of tells you what the next quarterly will be, down, down, down.
