I'll give you an idea regarding the likes of tumblr and instagram because most of the time video content is easy to comprehend data consumption.
Every time you open or look st a picture online, whether it be instagram, Google, Facebook etc, you will be charged Data of around 500kb to 1mb, sometimes even more. I reset my mobile usage on the 12th July. I don't use instagram a lot, however, I have used 612mb on instagram, 3gb on Facebook, 332mb on Foxtel go, 1gb on safari, 4gb on YouTube and not that it's usefull, though nearly 3gb on my home IP security camera.
You can see why I would prefer the "teen screen" bundle. Not because I'm a teenager, far from it, though I use most apps in that bundle.

We are clearly from different eras. I use Facebook reasonably extensively and my 1 week data usage is 78Mb. I can't fathom how one uses 3Gb just on Facebook in 2 weeks but I guess I need to start thinking about the possibilities and whether this is the norm.
