Sounds like BS to me.
If "Held" is to warn newbies that there are upramping stock holders around then surely the converse is true. ie "Not Held" must be to warn newbies that there are downramping non stock holders around. Don't know where you get that "Not Held" indicates objective people - pretty much your opinion only I would think.
