In order to meet the requirement of ASX ruling, there will be still a nominal CR of 50 million shares @ 2 cents (total $1m) with sophisticated investors. I am not sure if that is reason people are trying to keep the SP low till CR shares are flushed out in profit taking. Are there any restriction that issued shares to sophisticated investors under CR excercise can not be traded in the market for some restriction period? Just wondering ...
