    Hello Mike,

    I was wondering if you have had any further thoughts on the Entitlement Offer. I fully agree with your sentiment that the dilution is a big concern, which effectively becomes an incentive for me to invest further as long as I have a high degree of confidence that the new business model will turn SYT's fortunes around. I would be very interested to hear your further thoughts.
