Cashflow break even sounds good. It indicates that managements goals are focused towards achieving that milestone, which is what all shareholders would like. I have been topping up around that issue price or lower over the last 6 months. US investor may spike further interest from that region. Not sure what confidentiality agreements would prevent any partnership moving ahead with Bridge. Might be to do with what bridge would do with metadata of users and the legislative provisions around this.
