Interesting point is the cash bonuses that Aktay can receive if they sign up 10 contracts in the next 3 months and 20 contracts in the following 3 months.

You would have to assume that the cash bonus would be fair even if hard to achieve or otherwise why would Aktay agree to the bonus terms.

30 contracts in 6 months = more than 1 contract per week.

State One forecast 25 contracts in the USA by FY19E. No thought of any other countries..

If Aktay gets their bonuses then SYT is well ahead of State One's forecast contracts and revenue. Then there's the USA contracts?

Also, the $5 million from Aktay alone is US$ which converts to A$ 6.5 million give or take.
