I would beg to differ, for example, I initially chose to fully participate. However then seeing the share price drop $.10 lower than the CR price, I elected to cancel my participation and instead top up by my allocation and more on market thereby receiving new shares at an even more attractive discount. Seeing as I had this option I would be highly surprised if nobody else employed the same rationale as I did.
