Shipping costs would be factored into the financial metrics already. The landing port SYR is using is New Orleans based on the DFS assumptions. They would also have factored in a nominal transport and handling costing for both Moz and the USA.
SYR has also announced in the past that they are doing an economic study on the proposal to set up a 25kt SPG plant in Moz. SYR haven't retracted that plan to date so there might be further announcements being worked up for sooner or later.
