 Syrah has completed an Internal Economic Assessment (IEA) on the economics of the world’s
largest Coated Spherical Graphite Facility in the United States
 Feedback from major electric vehicle and battery producers have indicated strong demand for
and confirmed the superior performance of Balama coated spherical graphite
 Initial capital expenditure of approximately US$80 million
 Annual pre-tax project free cash flows of US$104 million
