On face value the news seems disappointing to say the least. However, I don't think the 45kt expansion timeline has changed. The funds raised will be mostly directed to Vidalia as quarterly repayments on interest and principal are due from October this year. I suspect that Syrah may do things a little different perhaps will go with the DOE loan USD350M plus an equity partner for the 45kt expansion. Time will tell.
