ASIC are a toothless tiger so don't expect much joy from them, but someone should look into the real circumstances behind the "effective immediately" announcement and why the follow up explanations were via media and not ASX. Do you reckon Tolga was caught shorting his own stock behind the "nominee" umbrella. This whole episode stinks, and I am not sure I want to go forward with this company.
