"So there is no threat of him suing the company either" ... He walked away with approx 14 MILLION shares, lets say even if he gets only $3 a share....suing the company will be the last thing on his mind
Allowing Directors to accumulate 'mostly free' shares in the millions in companies they work for and getting a salary for the work they are doing is one of the fundamental flaws of share markets.
I still can't believe they managed to convince professional
