Hi Ozninja, without wishing to be pedantic, I think they could reasonably argue that the word is being used as an adjective, rather than as a noun. In that case, "instrumental" would probably be appropriate.
But it really doesn't matter! The important thing is the good news, which we can all understand, and that is the fact that they are extremely close to shipping. And then the cash flow starts ...
