I read this as the exact opposite!!! there will be no major capital raise , they are in a situation to get bank debt funding (not CN) given revenue ahead and once Ford etc sign off-takes.
SYR has done a good job of not diluting shareholders, Ausssper only got to 17.9% holding. They aren't going to ruin the return profile for investors now, but a deep discount raiie . ,
